The customer wanted to build a single managed service platform to orchestrate various data services (Fivetran, Snowflake, DBT), eliminating multiple dashboard tasks.
Our Approach
RefactorQ helped design and construct the central data manager MVP:
Led full-stack engineering to build and deploy the initial MVP product architecture
Assembled backend interfaces using Java, React JS frontends, and Postgres databases
Facilitated engineering alignment sessions across multiple vendor teams and time zones

Wrote orchestration webhooks to coordinate data jobs between DB and Fivetran APIs
