RefactorQ · We don't just write code, we craft the solution.
The Challenge
Flynas needed greater visibility into the performance of its airline booking platform, along with a clearer view of where delivery slowed down across its engineering organization.
Without consistent monitoring or a shared view of the delivery pipeline, performance issues and process bottlenecks were often discovered after they had already affected customers.
Our Approach
We approached this as both a technical and organizational engagement: instrument the booking platform for visibility, then use that visibility to drive a structured transformation roadmap.
Implemented New Relic APM across the airline booking engine for real-time performance visibility
Ran Value Stream Mapping workshops with engineering teams to surface delivery bottlenecks
Built a structured 6–9 month engineering transformation roadmap aligned to business priorities
Led migration of engineering practice to Azure DevOps with end-to-end traceability from requirement to release
