RefactorQ · We don't just write code, we craft the solution.
The Challenge
The client builds products in the Healthcare domain offered as SaaS to worldwide customers, needing to comply with strict PCI security standards.
The team ran workloads on AWS ECS, but limitations there held back scale expansion. Disjointed Windows EC2 deployments created heavy operational maintenance overheads.
Our Approach
RefactorQ helped design, migrate, and operationalize a unified Kubernetes container architecture in two phases:
Phase 1: Standardized the design and piloted microservices using dedicated expert teams to validate migration boundaries
Phase 2: Operationalized Kubernetes, coaching internal teams, and rolling out standard Helm templates
Ensured all cluster communications and resource configurations align with strict compliance architectures
Identified operational overhead points and consolidated diverse Windows/ECS builds into a single pipeline
