The Challenge
A growing digital platform running on AWS needed stronger security and compliance, but the team couldn't afford to slow down feature delivery to get there.
Infrastructure was largely provisioned by hand, which meant configuration drift, slower environment spin-up, and inconsistent security controls across environments.

We paired a full AWS security assessment with infrastructure-as-code automation, so hardening the environment and removing manual toil happened in the same engagement rather than two separate phases.
